1. System Overview
DECOFACC-RS is recirculation water treatment system for shrimp larva. The main features are mechanical filter, protein skimmer, oxidation and disinfection by ozone, bio filter and fine filter. It has an automatic monitoring and control system with alarm function to ensure the standard water quality for aquaculture and thus increase the survival rate.
2. System Objective
1. Water treatment capacity is 50 m 3 / day -150m 3 / day;
2. Design bio-load capacity is 10kg/m3;
3. Check and manage water values like DO, pH, ORP, Temperature, Salinity through the measurement and control function of the Aquastar;

3. System Functions
DECOFACC-RS is an automatic recirculation water treatment system for shrimp larva in aquaculture. The PVC drum filter could remove the big particles of uneaten food, feces and so on; Protein skimmer remove protein, organic compounds, BOD/COD and fine particles, also the skimmer increase the dissolved oxygen and stable the pH value; Ozone has a strong oxidizing capacity. It converts Ammonia and Nitrite to Nitrate, the COD and BOD will be reduced while the dangerous bacteria and viruses are destroyed. In this way, this is the best disease prevention method; Bio filter remove the ammonia and nitrite from the cultivation water; The fine filter remove the fine particles and suspended matter. During the water treatment, the system has the function that water quality measure, control and alarm. The system is of high-performance, low energy consumption and safe for operation.
